Registered users will be able to post in this section.  Anyone can register.  I will moderate the blog section for a bit to determine if we start getting non tournament users abusing this section.  If it gets too weird I will enforce moderation and user approval.

Once you are a registered user, login to the site and look for the  "Add New" Posts link (top left)
